By downloading, installing, or using Bitcoin Wallet - BTC: SCAP ("App"), you ("user", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. About Bitcoin Wallet - BTC: SCAP

Bitcoin Wallet - BTC: SCAP is a self-custody wallet application that allows users to manage their own Bitcoin holdings securely on their devices without third-party involvement.
We do not store or have access to users' private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or other confidential information.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, including but not limited to private keys, passwords, and seed phrases.

• We cannot recover lost credentials. Loss of your private keys or seed phrases may result in the permanent loss of access to your Bitcoin holdings.

• You are responsible for complying with local laws, including laws regarding cryptocurrencies.

5. No Custodial Services

Bitcoin Wallet - BTC: SCAP is a non-custodial application.
VELUCHAMY LLC does not control or manage any user's funds, nor do we have access to your wallet or transaction history.

You maintain full control over your digital assets at all times.

6. No Financial Advice

The App is provided for informational and transaction purposes only.
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
You should consult your own professional advisors before engaging in any transaction.

7. Third-Party Services

Bitcoin Wallet - BTC: SCAP does not currently integrate third-party services.
Should integrations be introduced in the future, those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of such services would be subject to those additional terms.

8. App Permissions

Certain optional features in the App may require device permissions (such as biometric authentication for App locking).
These features are handled locally on your device and are not accessible to VELUCHAMY LLC.

You may enable or disable these permissions at any time in your device settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, software code, logos, and trademarks, are owned by VELUCHAMY LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Activities

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

• Use the App in a manner that could harm or impair others' use of the App.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

VELUCHAMY LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VELUCHAMY LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses;

• Any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App;

• Any unauthorized access to or use of your device or data.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VELUCHAMY LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App;

• Your violation of these Terms;

• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right.
